Professional and thoughtful interactions, exceeded my expectations of timeliness, addressed the issue. Happy with their service provided.I called A&R on a weekday afternoon for help with my refrigerator not cooling after 3 other companies would not be able to schedule for 2 days. Jennifer called me back 2 minutes after I placed my initial call, and she said she could get a technician to me in approximately 24 hours. She also provided the lowest initial service/diagnostic fee of $85, compared to $199 from other places I called earlier. The next morning, Jennifer called me back and said a technician could come out in 30 minutes, as they had cancellations in the morning....read full review

A & R Has never disappointed. Has done work for me and family members. Always fair and on point with the diagnosis and repair, when the job needs to be done right. Call A & R.
