RESPONSIVE! I called, received an estimate, scheduled the repair, work was performed, and they were paid for services rendered.But more importantly the work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. I'm definitely saving this company as one of my favorites.
I had a dryer installed (not by Lopez) and an error was keeping it from starting but we didn't know what. Marcus was able to quickly figure out it was a problem with the breaker box and the correct voltage wasn't reaching the dryer. He was able to come out the next day and got it fixed right away. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness in getting this fixed so quickly. Thank you!
