“Before you call anyone else, please read! - I called Hebert Drain Care this morning because of a drainage issue with both of our bathrooms - toilets periodically not flushing and, at times, backing up from the shower drains. I left a message a little after 7am when they open for business. I received a call back in less than 30 minutes. Lenny Hebert was very nice and listened when I explained the issues. Lenny said he woudl send his guy Jason and gave us a time frame between 10am and 1pm. Jason called us just before 10am and said he was on his way. He arrived at 10:10am. I was familiar with the name, Jason, from the great google reviews by other customers. Now I know why! Jason was so amazing! He was courteous, professional and genuine! He spoke to my husband and I the same! He didn't talk down to me or treat me any differently because I'm a woman. He was very, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail as to what he was going to do! He really knows his stuff and he is sooo honest! He gave us an estimate for each possibility. Our final bill was close to what he originally estimated and gave us the best service! He was so thorough and with no attempt to overcharge! He looked for ways to save us money! He also gave us suggestions on what to do in the future! We will now ONLY call Hebert Drain Care for our plumbing issues in the future. Call these guys first!!! You will not regret it!! The reviews are real and I've seen it for myself!“

“I called Fitz's for a clogged kitchen drain. I tried my best, but it was clogged. I called my regular plumber and he said he'd be a week or so. He's not my plumber anymore. I called Fitz's and they were available the very next day. They confirmed the appointment and even texted when he's was on his way. He found the blockage and showed me a video so I didn't have to crawl in there. I'll use them again and absolutely recommend them!“
