Before you call anyone else, please read! - I called Hebert Drain Care this morning because of a drainage issue with both of our bathrooms - toilets periodically not flushing and, at times, backing up from the shower drains. I left a message a little after 7am when they open for business. I received a call back in less than 30 minutes. Lenny Hebert was very nice and listened when I explained the issues. Lenny said he woudl send his guy Jason and gave us a time frame between 10am and 1pm. Jason called us just before 10am and said he was on his way. He arrived at 10:10am. Called Hebert plumbing for the first time and glad we did! Had an issue with a small leak around water tank in bathroom and needed a new faucet installed in kitchen. The faucet would not fit as designed, but Jason found an alternative way to make it work.Bottom line. If you need plumbing service, call Hebert. Thanks Jason!William Covert
