Excellent service! Highly recommend! Josh was very efficient & patient. He went above & beyond to explaining everything and make sure the problem was definitely fixed before leaving. Even fine tuned the temperature control dial to make sure that my 80 year old tenant was able to turn the water off completely. The issue was an increasingly problematic leak in the shower which turned out to be due to workout rubber valves. It was fixed within 30 minutes.

**One of 1st Lake Properties**Woody and Dillon was efficient and friendly though professional. They cleaned behind themselves and also dirt and debris left from the prior tenants behind the washer machine. They're work was impeccable even without the wet vac or white tape.
