“10/10 This store is amazing, if you aren't going here to get your glasses then you're missing out greatly. I've bought one pair of prescription glasses here so far. The glasses were custom fit to my face structure which is amazing. No pushing glasses up or ears hurting from the frames sitting on them. I even accidentally crushed my frames with a chair at one point which bent the frames and he fixed the glasses for me no charge. This shop gives you a personal touch and quality that big businesses just can't keep up with.“

“For better or worse, I have needed eye care that exceeds that which most people have to deal with. I have been seen at the Estelle Doheny Eye Institute at USC and the Jules Stein Clinic at UCLA, among others. I think the level of medical expertise at these places has been extremely high. And, I was lucky to have been seen at them. Moving forward, I came to Louisville and brought my "eye issues" with me. I somehow found out about the Louisville Eye Center where I was told about a corrective lens (Scalero lens) that I had not been aware of before. I have gotten this lens and am now seeing MUCH BETTER than I had, perhaps ever. Dr. Aaron McNulty is a most competent optometrist who cares that you get the attention and help you need. His staff are well trained and the whole operation seems very efficient. The Dr. himself has a great "bedside manner" and everyone is friendly and helpful. When I came to Louisville, I was concerned about whether I'd find quality eye care. I'm no longer concerned. Do yourself a big favor and give them a call.“
“I have been using Clarkson Eyecare for the last 8 years or so. I always enjoy my annual visit. The front desk is always friendly, greeting you with a smile. Dr. Gober is very thorough. You never feel rushed when completing the exam. He takes the time to explain the process and make sure you are satisfied with the results. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care in southern Indiana.“

“Generally a good experience. Doctor was thoughtful and did a great job explaining the details of each year and walking me through the results. The supporting staff were friendly and engaging with all of my questions. Felt a little pressure to buy glasses on the spot as they threw a few deals my way. Additionally, I was early for my appt and ended up waiting a long time - I was about 15-20 minutes behind schedule by the time I was seen. Suspect that was just due to the busy, lunchtime rush. Nonetheless, I'll definitely go back for regular exams as it was a pleasant visit overall“

“I visited the Louisville Oxmoor location to get an adjustment made to improve the fit, the glasses had been sliding down my nose. Chris had helped me when I first picked up the frames, and he got the adjustment done quickly and professionally. He obviously knows what he is doing and took great care to make sure they fit properly. This is an advantage over online only shops without a physical presence.“

“My last pair of contacts were destroyed and my optometrist was closed. I needed contacts before work at 2 pm, because my glasses were an old prescription and missing an arm. I called several places to be turned down. I thought I was gonna have to miss work! When I called this place they were so nice and went out of their way to be understanding and get me in two hours from my phone call. Wonderful service and nice people!“

“I had recently contacted them on the phone about my husband’s glasses that we have received from the one on Dixie and we didn’t have a very good experience. even though we had went there 12 years we had never had a problem until this last year The last time we went, so I contacted the one on Poplar level and they accommodated and fixed my husbands problem the best they could even though he still has the glasses and everything but now we can get a new pair this year that he’s been suffering with those for two years And then one on Dixie was just like oh well nothing we can do about it when it was their mistake, I mean, if it was something we did we would own up to it but it was nothing we did. It was clearly there a mistake, giving my husband, the wrong prescriptions glasses . Everyone was helpful and even though they were busy we didn’t have to wait long at all , we use to go to the Dixie location for 12 years but no longer go there due to some bad actions of them on their part . my whole family will now go here to poplar level rd location , we seen DR JULIE yesterday super sweet They know how to treat you . When I go somewhere I expect to be treated with the respect I give someone and this place did just that ! Amazing staff everyone was so friendly ! Thank you for giving us a better outlook“
“Dr. Andrew Kerns is a great optometrist. I never feel rushed during my appointments and he genuinely wants what is best for the patient. I drive across town to see him for my annual eye exam.When you are experiencing eye pain, it feels like an emergency and you want an optometrist who you trust. I was experiencing issues in my right eye and after exhausting my primary care doctor I got an appointment the next working day. Dr. Kerns solved my issues and I was feeling better that same day.“

Krebs was the only Optical group in Louisville who was able to deal with my special needs.
