I had a great experience at SVS. It was simple to get an appointment, and quickly. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles from the friendly staff.I'd had a negative experience at the last place I'd gotten glasses, but everyone here was very friendly. They listened to the problems I was having with my glasses, that the other place hadn't gotten right after multiple visits.I have a hard time finding new glasses, one because I can't see well enough to know how they look, and also because it's hard to find frames that fit my face well. The doctor was personable and professional. The staff are friendly and welcoming. SVS offers a great selection of frames from basic to high fashion at price points to fit into most people's budgets.
Staff is extremely kind and they go above and beyond. Just got insurance, like the day before, and didn't have a card yet. I was just going to pay for the exam, and they looked into the system and found me. No charge! Thanks guys! The doctor was extremely friendly and very personable. Highly recommend!
