Dr. Andrew Kerns is a great optometrist. I never feel rushed during my appointments and he genuinely wants what is best for the patient. I drive across town to see him for my annual eye exam.When you are experiencing eye pain, it feels like an emergency and you want an optometrist who you trust. I was experiencing issues in my right eye and after exhausting my primary care doctor I got an appointment the next working day. Dr. Kerns solved my issues and I was feeling better that same day.

I stumbled across this place.. I just moved here and went to the closest place near my new home. I went in to schedule an appointment. The front desk woman was incredibly sweet. I am excited to start going to this eye doctor location!

My wife suggested I check out East End Eye Care after I wasn't thrilled by the experience at one of the large "chains". I have now been a client of theirs for two years. Dr Andrew Kearns is a great doctor. He's very good at informing me at what he's doing and why. He listens to my questions - and I have a lot due to a serious macula issue that needs to be closely monitored. He obviously cares about me and my vision care. Honestly, he's what all medical professionals should role model.The staff there is super helpful as well. They do a great job explaining insurance and costs to me. The office is very roomy and never overcrowded.I feel welcome and valued from the moment I walk in until I leave.
