Generally a good experience. Doctor was thoughtful and did a great job explaining the details of each year and walking me through the results. The supporting staff were friendly and engaging with all of my questions. Felt a little pressure to buy glasses on the spot as they threw a few deals my way. Additionally, I was early for my appt and ended up waiting a long time - I was about 15-20 minutes behind schedule by the time I was seen. Suspect that was just due to the busy, lunchtime rush. Nonetheless, I'll definitely go back for regular exams as it was a pleasant visit overall

We moved recently to Louisville and have tried a few eye spots in town and are so glad we found falls city eye care. They are incredible and make the experience easy and exactly what we needed. I got an eye exam with an updated script. My wife did the same and also used their shop space to pick out some new frames which she loves. The building is so charming and cute too. Great spot!

My first visit was wonderful. I was happy to find a "mom and pop" atmosphere with a top-notch professional staff. I had some last-minute scheduling issues and they were very flexible to accommodate me. Everyone was friendly and answered any question I could throw at them. I would highly recommend Falls City Eye Care!
