Andrew has been able to put together well thought out lifting/exercise circuits that are continually pushing within range of failure and somehow getting them to neatly fit into 30 minutes. “I have been with Luke since July of 2023 and I couldn't be happier. He is patient, kind and incredibly supportive. My life has been a bit of a rollercoaster during the time he's been my coach and he's given me the flexibility and support I've needed, every step of the way. I don't like working out but with Luke as a coach, I am actually starting to look forward to it! I came to him post surgery and with existing chronic back issues that had me in constant pain. Since starting with him, my back pain has reduced by 90% and is now a rare occurrence. I had a terrible ankle sprain in November and he was able to incorporate some PT for my ankle and adjust my workouts to accommodate the injury. “I've been training with the Grit team for a few weeks now, mainly with Wes, Patrick, and Suzanne. They did a great job and they know what they are doing. What I really appreciated about them was how cognizant they were about any injuries I had and how well they communicated with each other. For instance, Wes asked me about my past experience with the gym, focus areas, and injuries during my initial session, and when I later worked with Suzanne, she was already aware of this. It's great when people truly listen. The private sessions obviously are great, also the semi-private sessions follow a consistent routine based on the day, regardless of the time or trainer, which takes the guesswork out of hitting specific muscle groups. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I've enjoyed my sessions with these folks.“

“It’s too bad that Planet Fitness already claimed the “Judgment Free Zone” slogan, because The Training Studio actually embodies that.I was urged by Rob Gentile at KORT Partners (St. Matthews) to start working out here at the beginning of this year. I had seen Rob for a few periods of time since last May when I had a fall off of my horse that injured my spine. He explained that transitioning to an appropriate level of strength training would help me to build off of the foundation that physical therapy had given me and would allow me to keep up my strength instead of losing it after leaving PT again.From the start, there was no judgment. I consulted with Dale, the owner, and he steered me towards personal training with Zach. From my very first time at the studio, I was met at the level I was at. Every single trainer/coach there has been fabulous and I think I’ve now worked with most of them at least a few times. The personal attention you get either in private training sessions OR in any of the groups is unmatched. You will be pushed to your limit, but absolutely not past it. If you can’t do any particular exercise, the coaches will help you do a modified version and build you up until you can. Past injuries and limitations are taken into account always. From someone who had never formally “worked out” before, THIS is the place to be. You’re going to find a new love for fitness, you’re going to make friends in the tight-knit TS community, and you’re going to improve your health and life.I’ve not only gotten stronger physically, but getting up and going to work out here most days has made a noticeable improvement on my mental health as well.I cannot possibly recommend the Training Studio enough. “I walkout of from my massages and feel like I have a new lease on life. My fiance has noticed much better posture (I'm short, so this matters!). I have also noticed I am much more limber, flexible, and more cognizant of my body! I am somewhat-relatively frugal, I can justify this weekly massage without hesitation. Doesn't hurt that they are so completely knowledgeable about the inner workings of the body! Can't recommend more!“
“F45 is the best workout! Cardio days and Weight days make for a great all body workout. The owners Joe and Serena run a great studio and you can tell they genuinely care about your safety, progress and technique. I would recommend F45 to anyone. And it's only 45 minutes, but you work your butt off in those 45 minutes!!“

“I highly recommended Chris as your personal trainer. He's been training with me for only a month now and the results I've gotten so far just in that one month alone are amazing. For me I'm needing to loose weight and gain muscle as most people think they need to do and from a personal trainer like Chris that can definitely happen. He works around your schedule for workout times and in the gym he pushes you to do your best. He makes it fun and challenging at the same time but at the end of the days session you leave feeling like you got the best workout needed until the next session. I'll be definitely returning to Chris for another months training.“

She is tremendously gifted at her craft, and due to her great sense of touch I was able to relax as she was working everything out. “I've been to probably 50 different Planet Fitness locations so everything I see on here sort of compares to my other experiences. This place is very nice and updated. Everything is very spread out and clean. The parking lot seems safe at night because of all the lights and it's not next to any other businesses so it's a bit isolated but still good until they start to build more things up around here. Locker rooms were okay for the most part. I've seen a lot bigger though and the showers were also a bit small compared to others. All of the cardio machines were very nice and easy to use. However a lot of the strength training machines either are older or different than many other locations I've been to. I did not care for the fly machine at all and the arm curl machine was also very different than what I'm used to. They might just have different generations of machines but they're not my favorite unfortunately.Besides those things I mentioned, this was a great place to stop for a quick workout on the way home!“

“The staff works very hard; they’re some of the best I’ve seen.Unfortunately, the equipment isn’t great despite looking nice. One proper leg extension/curl machine for the entire gym, and they’re often being serviced. Attachment optiond are limiting too; all fat grips on straight bar. Don’t expect to get you ideal workout in. Lots of great, cool people; plenty of newbies with no gym etiquette too thoughUpdate:some equipment has been added to increase availability on heavy-traffic machines. I.e. two peck deck machines. For a good workout, it’s best to go before 4:30pm or after 8:00pm as traffic thins out(like any commercial gym). Staff still freaking rocks. Pretty responsive to say the least.“
