It’s too bad that Planet Fitness already claimed the “Judgment Free Zone” slogan, because The Training Studio actually embodies that.I was urged by Rob Gentile at KORT Partners (St. Matthews) to start working out here at the beginning of this year. I had seen Rob for a few periods of time since last May when I had a fall off of my horse that injured my spine. He explained that transitioning to an appropriate level of strength training would help me to build off of the foundation that physical therapy had given me and would allow me to keep up my strength instead of losing it after leaving PT again.From the start, there was no judgment. The Training Studio has been an incredible addition to my healthy lifestyle. Their trainers are very knowledgeable, they care about the members results and overall well-being, and there is a great community atmosphere among members! I couldn't recommend more!

Great local gym! I tried the 'Strong Class' that had kettle bells, TRX work, body movement, and some squats. I liked the small group format and close attention from the coach. Learned some new exercises and going to be sore tomorrow. I'll be back!
