If you are looking for a smaller, more personalized approach to help you achieve your fitness goals, check out Distilled Fitness. Knowledgeable coaches help with form and movement cues while keeping the atmosphere fun and friendly. I’ve made working out here part of my regular fitness routine and it has never felt boring or repetitive like other large gyms have for me in the past. Members and coaches are positive and encouraging. As a person who appreciates data, the gym uses an App where you can track your weights/times/etc to monitor your progress and gains over time. Just a great environment all around!

This gym is small and personal. The owner and coaches are very knowledgeable and invested in everyone's individual goals. Every member is very supportive of one another. I have never felt more accepted with a family type atmosphere at any other gym as this one has. You will not find a better group of people to work out with.

To be honest, I wasn't looking for "this kind" of gym when seeking a place to go for a 7am weight training. However, because I am a creature of proximity and this was close to where I was staying at the time, I decided to drop my pre-conceived notions and give it a a shot.I can say now, after just under two years of attending, I am extremely happy here.
