I have been with Luke since July of 2023 and I couldn't be happier. He is patient, kind and incredibly supportive. My life has been a bit of a rollercoaster during the time he's been my coach and he's given me the flexibility and support I've needed, every step of the way. I don't like working out but with Luke as a coach, I am actually starting to look forward to it! I came to him post surgery and with existing chronic back issues that had me in constant pain. Since starting with him, my back pain has reduced by 90% and is now a rare occurrence. Absolutely loved my experience with Luke as my Personal Trainer! Not only are the 1-on-1 coaching sessions perfect but the TrueCoach workouts& reminders afterwards are a game changer. He uses a wholistic approach to taking care and strengthening the body. He took account of previous injuries/ailments and instantly implemented a plan to strengthen them. He makes the workouts fun and engaging while educating you during the process, he is an industry leading professional! I’m proud to have Luke in my corner! 10/10 recommend! ?
Lucas Miner is world class. I was skeptical about hiring a personal trainer but now I would recommend it to anyone that would listen. His knowledge of how the body works and the best exercise for you is beyond anyone you'll ever be around. He shows up every time with excitement and a game plan that is custom to you. He takes the time to get to know you and it feels like you're working out with a friend.
