“If I could rate above 5 stars, I would. Top tier service, quality, timing, and honest pricing. We just moved into a house and the HVAC system was in dire need of repairs. They came in and replaced the whole flue system, installed an air filter door, ran bathroom exhausts, and installed new wiring and an Ecobee unit. Everything looks great and they cleaned up after their work was finished.“

“A few months ago my air conditioning stopped working, and a friend of mine recommended using bay mechanical, so I called Brian around 5p.m. and told him what was going on and in less than 30 minutes he was at my door, he did his thing, and my a.c. was working great. I had a thermostat from evergy sitting by on my coffee table and he offered to install it, and make sure everything was working properly. 3 days later I get a phone call just to make sure everything is still working the way it should. “James came to our residence at the A/C wasn't working. He looked inside the indoor unit and looked at the outdoor unit. He asked me to smell the outfoor unit as the fan wasn't running and he said it smelled hot. There was no smell of it being hot. James then told me the compressor probably burned up as the fan wasn't cycling and we needed a new units both inside and outside. He said someone would call me to discuss. While waiting, I decided I needed a second opinion. I called Mr. Plumber, Inc who was highly recommend. Jesse came out and replaced the capacitor. Jesse saved us over $10k plus as James from Polestar didn't even take anything apart and was making decisions by glancing at the equipment. Thank God for Jesse and Mr. Plumber, Inc. for being HONEST and not taking advantage of us. Not to mention the biggest waste of a $99 service call for James to do absolutely nothing. CASEY PHILLIPS“
