I have been using Gatza for almost 20 years now and couldn't be happier. They are reliable like clockwork, there's nothing they can't do, they're responsive and I trust them completely. They never try to sell me things I don't need and are available for emergency phone calls any time. We had a great experience with this company. The owner came for a second opinion on a new A/C we had had recommended to us by another company. He had to make two trips because the first time was too cold to do what he needed to do. He came out a second time and confirmed the original diagnosis. Despite having to come out twice, he only charged one service fee.He was extremely polite and professional, and I would highly recommend Gatza Heating and Air Conditioning! They will be my go-to for any HVAC needs in the future.
