“Mason arrived on time for service. He checked all resources to no avails to discover parts not available. He gave his opinions based off service calls to suggest best dryers for purchase. He also explained $50. From my service call could be used towards purchase from Shark Appliance. Thank you.Victoria : The person at the appliance store was awesome with answers and showing me the selection. She was very attentive and listened to my questions and answered all. Thank you. #1 in customer service.Chester and Joey delivered and connected my dryer up , vented it out and took away the old dryer. Both gentlemen were very congeal and friendly and took all precautions not to mar the new dryer or my doors and walls on delivery. Very quick and conscientious of their work!
