“I have had the opportunity to use comfort designs on at least 2 occasions now. I can say with the utmost confidence these guys are great. The first encounter involved fixing my outdoor a/c condenser the repair went quickly and for a reasonable price. The second came this winter when my heater stopped working. It was on average about 20 degrees outside at the time. Comfort designs responded to my 6am call quickly calling me back even before they opened and confirming they would send a tech out. The tech arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair. I had the work done, furnace fixed, and I was greatly appreciative of the prompt response. The price was fair and the work was quality. I would highly recommend comfort designs for anyone in the Spring Hill or Olathe area.“

“Responsive, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST.I was burned by two previous services, the last of which, Bob Hamilton, attempted to defraud me. The technician showed me a video she said she took of the inside of our furnace, that it was severely rusted and presented a grave danger of gas leaking or worse. Said they would send someone out to give an estimate of the cost of replacing and then shut off the gas. DT Mechanical was recommended and Mike came immediately the next day. He showed there was no rust and that the furnace was operating properly. Hamilton’s response was to send a supervisor to look at it, seemed to think the furnace was okay when in my house, but their report was their technician was correct. I had to threaten to report the company to the authorities before they would even let me out of the contract.I just had a requirement to disconnect the compressor for re-grading next to my house. Toni at DT was so very understanding and arranged for Wally to disconnect in the morning and re-connect late that afternoon in order that we not be without air conditioning on a 90 degree day.I give them the highest recommendation.“

“Kenny and his crew did a great job. We had a very unique situation due to a lot of remodeling, dividing up rooms and a new wood burning stove (which heats the upstairs fine but not the basement). They came up with a solution and executed it great. All the new duct work, the wiring and control board for the zones is very clean and internital work, it is true craftsmanship. “Tyler the tech on call, made it before we closed for the day. In Brutal cold weather the heater wasn't keeping up with demand. He diagnosed the problem and found one of the heat strips not wired in during the build. We will have to take it up with the owners of the building.Tyler didn't have an easy task getting to the unit through the ceiling grid and fought the situation at every turn. Not once did he complain about it. Maybe because I did for him?. I'm going to use them for our shops maintenance from here on out and I'm going to request Tyler as our maintenance tech.
