Their servicemen have always been knowledgeable and friendly, timely, and willing to address my needs versus overselling. The prices have always been competitive and I appreciate doing business with a local company. Recently they completed the installation of a new water heater and expansion tank for us, and the process was quick, clean, at at a reasonable cost.Services: HVAC system maintenance
I have been using Davenport since I bought my home in 2020. Since then, they have been quick, reliable, and communicate very well. I have especially great things to say about Quinton, one of their technicians. He is very personable and I can tell he always has our best interest in mind when fixing our issues or servicing our system. Versus trying to sell us the most expensive option or unnecessary repairs, he gives choices and explains each one thoroughly so that we can make the best decision for our home and budget.I will remain a Davenport customer for life!
We called Davenport after a neighbor’s recommendation, and after our plumber we had for years stopped returning our calls. Quinton, our tech person, treated us very professionally, assessed our problem, gave us clear estimates and did a superb job in fixing the plumbing issue. I will definitely use them from now on.
