I was very pleased with the young man that fixed my furnace. He was in and out in an hour or so was specific in what he did and all is great! I will be back if and when I need good, honest service. How refreshing!
They were great! I paid way less for my furnace plus install then my Angie quote. They are my go to HVAC guys, in fact that’s how I have them saved in my phone. Super fast super knowledgeable. Call them, you will not regret it.
Brad gave me a call back after hours to help me through troubleshooting an inoperable furnace with single digit outside temperatures. He was able to talk me through diagnosing an issue with the thermostat as the cause of the problem, as well as a method of bypassing the thermostat that successfully got the furnace up and running and avoided impending crisis for us. We were impressed with Air Pro when they first installed our system years ago, and tonight was a nice reminder why we will continue using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future!
