“I called Justin shortly after moving to KC based on Google reviews of course. He was on a short list based on the Google reviews but one of the only ones to answer. 2/5 answered, I believe it was. He answered and I spoke with him for maybe 20+ minutes describing my awfully difficult issue, but he understood something I said and responded; (paraphrasing here): yes, you're trying to reach the balance point of......" Hey, I also appreciated the email about the heat pumps in extreme cold when we were getting ready for extreme temps a couple weeks ago, that was cool. Our outdoor unit never missed a beat btw! “A few months ago my air conditioning stopped working, and a friend of mine recommended using bay mechanical, so I called Brian around 5p.m. and told him what was going on and in less than 30 minutes he was at my door, he did his thing, and my a.c. was working great. I had a thermostat from evergy sitting by on my coffee table and he offered to install it, and make sure everything was working properly. 3 days later I get a phone call just to make sure everything is still working the way it should.
