They came in and replaced the whole flue system, installed an air filter door, ran bathroom exhausts, and installed new wiring and an Ecobee unit. Everything looks great and they cleaned up after their work was finished.“

The technician, Luke Ochs, coordinated a follow-up visit the same day from Vincent Polanski, a Lead Installer, to help resolve an issue with the air filter on the furnace. Vincent was resourceful and made alterations to make it easier to change the filter. Great customer service!“

“James came to our residence at the A/C wasn't working. He looked inside the indoor unit and looked at the outdoor unit. He asked me to smell the outfoor unit as the fan wasn't running and he said it smelled hot. There was no smell of it being hot. James then told me the compressor probably burned up as the fan wasn't cycling and we needed a new units both inside and outside. He said someone would call me to discuss. While waiting, I decided I needed a second opinion. I called Mr. Plumber, Inc who was highly recommend. Jesse came out and replaced the capacitor. Jesse saved us over $10k plus as James from Polestar didn't even take anything apart and was making decisions by glancing at the equipment. Thank God for Jesse and Mr. Plumber, Inc. for being HONEST and not taking advantage of us. Not to mention the biggest waste of a $99 service call for James to do absolutely nothing. CASEY PHILLIPS“
