“I’ve been training with Lydia at Studio Fit’nez for almost a month now and can already feel myself getting stronger each session. She has the perfect combination of positive encouraging energy while also pushing you to do your very best with every exercise. The studio itself is always super clean and has all the equipment you need to get the best workout in! Cardio machines are always available for free use after my sessions which is super helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend training with Lydia here if you want a trainer who is not only professional but also fun and relatable!“

“I have been going to FlexWerk since October of 2023. It is a new, tech-forward gym where you book time through an app and get into the workout spaces by using the app to unlock doors. The gym is still in a startup phase, so they are continually growing and improving things. There are also occasional hiccups, as with any startup or new business, however, the CEO and Hosts are very open to hearing and addressing feedback. (I would like to mention I did post an earlier review with other feedback, but the gym owner personally called me and addressed my concerns that I felt it would be best if I updated my review.)“

“Went to an event hosted at F45 training in North Fishers. It was by far the hardest work class I have ever done which is good and bad, lol! Bad because I realize how out of shape I am, but good because it truly taught me so much and the coaches took the time to explain all the different workouts and they were very helpful. The coaches also made an environment that was so much fun, they were all happy and smiling and could tell they enjoyed working there.“

“I have been going to Body Outfitters for 2.5ish years now and I love it. I lost a few pounds, I have gained a lot of functional strength, and I have made a few friends as well. Their trainers are fantastic overall, but my recent experience has been with Matt, and its been great. He really knows his stuff and has been able to navigate workouts for me with my various little injuries. He makes sure to push me while still being cognizant of my various aches and pains. 10/10“

“I absolutely love the Carmel Body Outfitters. All of the trainers are great and so nice. Rollen is my trainer and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He trains me to my body’s needs but pushes me to keep achieving more each session. Rollen always makes sure that we aren’t doing anything that can hurt my 54 year aches and pains. Not only is he a great trainer…he is a better person!!“

“I have been with owner/operator, Brittaney Fortwendel for more than two years, even before she opened in this location. She has been very effective in helping me recover from surgery. She is a very capable pilates instructor/trainer. Her studio is a serious place for serious people who wish to be more fit and healthy. Using a variety of equipment, including reformers, Brittaney can help you with specific issues as well as general fitness. She is an accomplished practitioner of NKT(Neuro-kinetics)and vibration therapy to attack problem areas, such as knees hips and shoulders. Brittaney uses her knowledge of the whole musculo-skeletal system to help people, no matter what their current condition is. Come and see for yourself!“

“I have visited this gym several times a week for the past two years and have always had a great experience. The facility is very clean and well organized and has all of the same equipment as much larger gyms. I work in the Precedent office park so the convenience of being able to squeeze in a workout during lunch is awesome! Peak times are usually 12-1 PM but it is never so crowded that you can't get your workout in. Wayne is extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend checking this gym out!“
