I walked in one day and asked for help, expecting to work hard for a month and give up, but Alex listened, made a plan, and helped me change my life. I have worked with the rest of his crew and they are all just as good at what they do. I recently turned 40 and can honestly say I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since high school. The toilet paper they use gets 6 stars, its the softest stuff I’ve ever felt. Its like someone brought it from home, or hits the grocery store on the way to take care of the small business they still take pride in. Had a friend introduce me to body outfitters and my god has it changed my life. Jon has done an amazing job and is super knowledgeable. Jon’s masters in medical physiology and bio physics has been unbelievably helpful in efficiency of workout but knowledgeable conversation. I really feels like he wants me to understand the exercises not just do them!

Hands down, the BEST place to train in Carmel! The gym itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. Most importantly, the BO trainers are phenomenal! I specifically work with both Alex and Rollen, and they are exceptional! They genuinely care about their clients, are attentive, fun, creative, positive, smart, service oriented, and enthusiastic - and it shows at each and every session. Trainers of this high caliber with such outstanding skills are scarce, but can be found at Body Outfitters. Highly, highly recommend
