Mark went above and beyond fixing everything he found, not just the original contracted work, and at the end, he did not renegotiate a new price, but stuck to the original quote and simply said if I wanted to pay him a little bit more for the extra effort he put in that it would be appreciated. But he left it up to me to make that decision without being pressured to do so. To summarize, Mark does quality work, communicates promptly, sticks to his word, and he clearly takes pride in his work and doesn't appear to take shortcuts or do the bare minimum like a lot of contractors do. Would recommend him to anybody that needs plumbing or water heater work done.“
