My experience with Carter’s has been awesome. Matt gave me the estimate that was definitely competitive while Phil and Andrew did the actual work and did a great job. They kept me informed during the process and were really professional. I would definitely recommend this company

We have used Carter my Plumber for several years and I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Their customer service and appointment scheduling is outstanding. Their technicians are awesome, knowledgeable, highly professional and courteous. Alex was our technician today and we are extremely pleased with the repairs. Carter My Plumber is definitely our go to company.

Here's how I ended up using Carters My Plumber and my experience w them: my water softener stopped working 2 months ago. One company gave me a quote, then later told me it would be an extra $150 if they had to carry the new softener to the basement (uhhh, nope). The 2nd company was pushing their own brand, which would've been fine except I asked for a spec sheet. They sent me to a website where I couldn't find the specs, then sent me a brochure that still didn't have the specs (wasting time I didn't have). So I put the whole thing on pause over the holidays.
