“No one enjoys realizing they have a plumbing emergency. Unfortunately we did. We noticed water coming up through our kitchen floors on a Saturday morning. This business was the only business we called who could come out within 90 minutes on a weekend versus a 5-7 hour time window. They were able to detect the issue, a broken hot water line slab leak, and fix the pipe the following day. For this, we are grateful. It is better than no hot water and towels everywhere in the kitchen trying to contain water for this household of six.We are only giving four stars because of the following:1. While we had a plumbing emergency and needed a solution quickly, we look back and believe the rates and charges for certain services are higher than necessary. Post emergency research shows us they are on the higher end for hourly rates and services versus others in our area. They may indicate their ability to help where others cannot constitutes higher rates. I really don't know.2. The owner, Jason, was on site to assist during the initial detection of the issue. He was not the most pleasant individual to interact with. He wasn't exactly rude but he wasn't friendly either. He seemed irritated with being asked questions or having anyone speak with him. He also, within minutes of being on site, started his attempt of "up sales". We had a plumbing emergency and you are trying to sell me a new water softener system...that to us at a minimum borders the grey area of morally and ethically correct practices. Blessingly, his technicians were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend you not have Jason on site unless needed.3. Invoices are deceptive. Be mindful they will attempt to sneak in their version of yearly membership under the guise of saving you money in the long run. I am not opposed to memberships with various plumbing and/or HVAC businesses but be transparent. Don't put in on an estimate, quote, or invoice without any communication on why it is there or what the benefits are.We are once again grateful for the successful resolution to our plumbing emergency. We are unsure if we would seek out this business again for regular plumbing needs.“

“The plumber they sent was great, I think his name was Zachary.He fixed my well pump in 15 minutes. Thankfully it was the control box and not the well pump itself. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because this is the first time I’ve ever had to use a plumber as my husband usually fixes everything. But his back was out so he wasn’t able. It was 509$ to replace the control box which is pretty crazy expensive to me. I know that part isn’t more than 200$ and that’s on the high end. I just feel that’s a lot of money to swap out a part. I was expecting like maybe 3-400$ at most. Other than the price I’m very happy with the tech they sent. He was great and knew what he was doing.“

“My main water shut off valve was behind my washer, a very inconvenient place for it to be in case I needed to turn it off! Mark suggested raising it, something I hadn't thought of. He not only raised the valve, he converted the handle from a round turn type handle to a lever I can flip on and off, like for when I go on vacation. I love it! UPDATE: 2 days before Christmas my water heater sprung a leak. Boy, am I ever grateful that Mark raised my water shut off valve!!!! Thank you again!!!“
