No one enjoys realizing they have a plumbing emergency. Unfortunately we did. We noticed water coming up through our kitchen floors on a Saturday morning. This business was the only business we called who could come out within 90 minutes on a weekend versus a 5-7 hour time window. They were able to detect the issue, a broken hot water line slab leak, and fix the pipe the following day. For this, we are grateful. It is better than no hot water and towels everywhere in the kitchen trying to contain water for this household of six.We are only giving four stars because of the following:1. Very thankful for the quick response and hard work Antoneo and Jalen performed in response to a bursted water heater. They were knowledgeable and professional. They provided me the options for replacement and my new water heater was fully installed and working great the next day. The company recommended a water mitigation company and helped me get the stressful situation fixed. Very happy with the service I received from Seriously 24/7
Tree roots had grown into the main line causing backups in the house. Jason came out to clear the drain and give us an estimate to install a fiberglass liner. They were able to get us in that week which we greatly appreciated. Jalen came with Jason and he was so polite and hard working even though they had to stay quite late to finish the job. We would not hesitate to recommend Seriously 24-7.
