We called concerning our toilets' running (after receiving a larger than usual water bill. We had a change of schedule and still got same day service.Von came out changed out everything in both toilets and found a seized valve. Billy was great, I didn’t feel that he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. My one complaint, which has nothing to do with him, is the giant salt tank. I hate it. I have a tiny utility room and it is way too big. Hoping you have a smaller one and can replace this one.
I had to have an emergency value replaced on my water heater to stop leakage. Chapman was quick to locate the issue and had it fixed professionally and without delay! They've always done great work for me when I've needed them.
