“I hired Stay Dry Roofing for roof installation and gutter installation in April. I had sourced a handful of quotes for the project and Stay Dry offered the most competitive pricing. They were also able to schedule the project within one-two weeks of the estimate. For the duration of the project I worked with Jeremy, Andrew and Edgar. All three were professional, responsive and candid.My home had a metal roof that had been improperly installed and was in need of a tear-off and replacement. Similarly, the gutters were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I opted for asphalt shingles and a covered gutter system.The roof was replaced in a day. The crew was phenomenal! They did a job excellent cleaning up—not a single nail was left behind.The gutters took a little longer. They were waiting on materials to ship. There was a miscommunication with scheduling but the situation was rectified quickly and professionally.Installation was completed in a day. The crew had to come back a few days later to install the gutter guards as they were out of stock when the other materials came in. “Jeff came to the house to look at a small area of mold in our attic. He did a thorough investigation of the entire attic. He assured us that the mold was what you find on wood at lumberyards and not in need of any treatment. He said he'd feel bad taking our money for a treatment that wasn't necessary. Also, he worked us into his schedule on short notice. We appreciate the great customer service and honesty!“

“I have to say the people at Absolute Restoration are the best. At a time when the average person is at a loss as to what to do, they were wonderful (unlike my insurance co) They showed up within an hour and assured me things could be repaired. While my agent was helpful, the adjuster had no interest in what was happening and in fact seldom returned phone calls. The team from Absolute Restoration answered my questions and worked around me special circumstances (I have dogs). They completed everything in an orderly manner and with a minimal amount of inconvenience to myself or family (or dogs). I wish the construction company to do the rebuild was as good. Without hesitation I would recommend them, only wish I had been able to contract them for the rebuild. ****** learned- Dont trust your insurance in times of difficulty. Like a good Neighbor they were nowhere to be found!It is very unusual for me to write a review positive or negative but I felt Absolute Restoration deserved it.“
