“I worked with ComforTemp to install a replacement heat pump water heater at my house. I was thrilled with the knowledge and experience this company had with heat pumps, as some competitors were admittedly inexperienced with these units. Eric was quick to help and got me a detailed quote with exactly what I was looking for. Tim and Rob were the technicians who came out to the house to perform the work. “Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far.Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered.MAJOR complaint comes from when the financing arrived at my home, a card in my name and a separate card in my wives name. I go through the process of creating an online account for me and see that the agreed upon total is on this card and there is even a little bit of a buffer which is nice considering credit scores. My wife creates an account for her card and her balance shows 0 which makes sense. Not sure why they were able to open an account for my wife considering she is a stay at home mom with no income. Maybe it is something on Wells Fargo end and has nothing to do with Stadtler. Either way pretty shocking and considering the contract I signed was with Stadtler (and lets be honest Wells Fargo doesn't have a great history of playing by the rules) who knows what to believe.I would recommend them for their promptness and overall quality of work so far, just something I think consumers should be aware of.Service: Installation“

“Frank was great and trustworthy! We called for a plumbing emergency where we had sewer water coming up in our basement. He came out in about an hour, cleared our pipes like others have done in the past, but took it a step further to figure out why it was happening using a camera. He showed us that our home pipes broke off from the public sewer. This was all on a Tuesday, and Frank worked with our town and county and fixed our major issue by Friday! Highly recommend and trust him for your plumbing needs“
