Krope & Son are the BEST!! I found them on Yelp a few years ago because it's so hard to know who to trust & not rip you off, and they got great reviews. For a reason! This lovely, family business has been so great! Their yearly tuneup package is a good deal, with a discount on parts if you need any repairs throughout the year. I asked on my first appointment if I might need a new heating unit or if I could get away with my super old one for a while. He said it's in pretty good shape, so you can get away with keeping it until it wears out, instead of pushing me to buy a new one from them like some other companies would do. Called them on a Saturday morning after a fire dept house call due to our CO detector numbers being high. Owner came out to our house in less than 20 minutes and checked everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable, helped us clean out some blockages and helped us safely get back into our house with the heat working and peace of mind.
