I now see for myself why Borter's gets a 5 star rating! They really do go the extra mile! From when Mike N came for a consultation to when Gary and Buddy (a different Mike) installed a new shower fan/light, everything they did was with excellence. Their team was respectful of us, our property and each other. Buddy even offered to wipe off the fingerprints from our attic access panel that he didn't cause. Between great service and great expertise, we were very impressed!! Highly recommend.
My furnace stopped working on a night when the wind chill was 10 below. The company I contacted sent two different people out to say that parts weren't available and I needed a new furnace. Out of caution, I decided to get a second opinion from Border. Not only did they have the part in their truck but that was six years ago and the furnace is still going strong. As a widow, I need the security of KNOWING that I'm not being scammed. I usually make a note of the person that comes out so that I can request them again because they are so great. However, I always forget, haha, but it doesn't matter. They are all great. I love this company.
We came home last night from vacation to NO HEAT! I was referred to Borter by Melissa/George and my daughter. Borter staff wase very responsive and friendly. Got the job done in a flash, very knowledgeable and reasonable. We will definitely use Borter again!!
