I received a write up on the serviceman before he arrived so I knew who to expect. I also received a call when the servicemen were on their way which was in the arrival window they provided.Servicemen were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I have additional work to get done. I will use them in the future, for sure.

First time using Robert Bair and I had an excellent experience. They were very professional over the phone and in-person. Mark and his associate did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issue and explaining to us how they fixed it. 5 Stars!

Just had my first service call with Robert Bair Plumbing and HVAC, and I am a customer for life! Adam & Jim were punctual, professional and very personable. They were very knowledgeable and fixed my leaking sink quickly and efficiently. Great service and great experience from submitting my online service request, to the next day service, and completion of the job. Highly recommend!
