I called Pure Plumbing because they were a certified dealer for a tankless water heater I wanted. Ken responded quickly and came out to survey the area and provided a quote. All his reviews were positive and his was the best price. He was able to come out a couple of weeks later and did the job spectacularly!Not only is he a professional, he is personable and easily explained to my untrain ears what he was doing. Previously, it took a long time to get hot water to our kitchen, but with the recirculating function of the heater, it is now almost instant! Ken recently installed a Navien instant water heater in my home. It was an emergency replacement if a worn out Navien system. Ken’s speed, responsiveness, professionalism, and union trained expertise were top notch all the way. He even suggested adding a hot water return system that enables us to have hot water at the tap in seconds. All for a price that was very competitive versus some of the “big” shops.
