I had my very first professional hair appointment today and Adriana is AMAZING. 1st of all she fit me in even though she was very busy and I was a walk in. 2nd of all I don’t have much hair and what I do have is very thin. I'm fairly new to the area and have been in search of a nail salon that aces mani/pedis. I've found the place and it's Rockford Nails. I was able to get in quickly for a no-chip mani and pedi. The choice of colors is almost limitless. What made the visit exceptional was having Ann at the helm. She took great care of my comfort, turning on a massage chair while my feet soaked, etc. So many salons I've been to have no music or obnoxious tv blaring in the background. At Rockford Nails the vibe is chill and relaxing. Further, Ann paints nails down to the cuticle - so perfectly. And her hand and leg massages were unexpected, but by far - the best I've ever had. All for a very fair price.
Alivia and Nathan did a GREAT JOB on my nails and toes. The prices are very affordable and their customer services is great. They listened to my concerns and Alivia worked wonders on these toes honey!!

I honestly cannot understand any negative reviews. The staff is beyond amazing and make you feel so comfortable while there. Their service is top notch. The service time may be a little longer but the quality is the best in the area and how thorough they are. My wife and I have gone all over and in comparison to Nova, there is nobody close. If you want designs then Nova has you covered. I went from barely having good looking simple shapes to great unique images and designs. I know everyone has their experiences and opinions but I’ve never been disappointed.

Tee made me look like myself when only better. Definitely my new go to place for lashes!

She got my kitty so pretty when it came time for my next appointment I was pregnant after 5 years??. I didn't think I could get pregnant again after she waxed me there was no turning back! If someone cancels 5 times that’s a loss of 500 dollars (for example). How is someone to pay rent when they are at a loss of 2000 per month? Cancellation policies are there to help small businesses stay open. Maybe that person should have said directly he would make up for it next time. SMH

This review is a longtime coming. He did my orbital and few months ago and did an awesome job. This is my second orbital and what a difference in execution. The other place didn't have the correct tool and it was extremely painful.

I got a tattoo back in 2020 for my son. I do t remember the artist but I realized I never gave a review and just wanted to take the time to show my appreciation. The artist was very friendly, service was very quick, and it was great pricing (but again…this was 2020 ?)
This photo is my Tattoo 4 years later! A little faded but i’d say it’s still in good shape. I got some other tattoos done December of 2023 elsewhere in Rockford and let’s just say they have already faded MORE than this tattoo I got FOUR YEARS AGO. Wish I would’ve just came back here. They also messed up the tattoo on my neck, it was not what I asked for at all & they are ALL SIMPLE NAMES just like this one.
P.S I used to be a self harmer hence some on the scaring on the tattoo, so thats no fault to the tattooist.

I have gone to Solvej Jordahl for almost 20 year and now my daughter does and her bf we have always left with beautiful art and we even go there for our piercings and Utah does a great job and is knowledgeable.

We had a power surge that basically blew our furnace. Miller Eng. had someone at our house that same day. They worked extra hard to find us the specific parts we needed. (Which were on back order for months.) But they were able to work around that and find us some parts. Our insurance wasn’t going to help cover anything because there was no way to prove that it was a power surge. I cannot thank Miller engineering enough for their time and efforts in helping us get some money back on our claim as well as being so helpful and attentive! They are the only company we could find that will work on our geothermal unit and we could not be happier to be able to work with such great people!

My parents found a hornet's nest yesterday and called to see when they could come out and remove the nest. They said they would be there the next day. They called when on the way and came right when they said they would! He was very professional and when I said I was a science teacher and inquired about saving the nest, he gladly agreed and put it carefully in a bag for me! Everything was neatly cleaned up for my parents. I highly recommend these guys!!

Everyone that I spoke with from the lady who set up my appointment to the guy who came to my house were very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only are they going to eliminate the pests I currently have but they did a thorough walk thru my property, inside and out, and pointed out problem areas to prevent future infestations. The cost was very affordable as well. 10 out of 10 I would recommend family and friends using their services.

Rick came out to our house two days after we inquired about using his company to assess our needs. We had an addition put on our house and needed a finish grade, dirt, seed and flower beds installed. He quoted us a price and came out and performed the work a few days later. The end result is gorgeous and it was completed in one and a half days. The work was completed a week after the inquiry which was wonderful. We are very happy and the price was less than the bigger landscaping companies. Highly recommend these guys.
Gilberto and his son, Daniel, put their hearts and souls (not to mention their backs) into mulching our yard on Saturday. They were unbelievably thorough and took great care to not damage existing plantings. The results? Our yard looks GORGEOUS!

I called them in a pinch in early April with hope of a quick turn around on a mulch job. They were able to provide an estimate within two days of me calling and surprised me by having the job done the following week. The closest lead time for all other company I had called had been 6 weeks later! On top of that, the work was absolutely beautiful! They will be my first contact for landscape project needs moving forward.
We needed a pad for a shed. Other companies were booked out for months. I called Eric on a Friday and he came over within 2 hrs. He gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. I asked when he could come, expecting another long wait and he said Monday morning. He did a fantastic job! He took the extra dirt and filled in low spots in our yard. I hired Crimson Valley to dig planting beds, plant 4 trees, and mulch. They did exactly what I envisioned.
Last week I woke up Monday morning to find a 50’ black locust tree had toppled over into my lawn and across the street. So I gave the ol woodchuck that could chuck wood a call. Andy , and his crew showed up at a moments notice and took care of business. They were able to remove the tree with very minimal impact to my lawn. They treated my homes as it was one of their own. I am very pleased with the services that were provided and will definitely be using them for all my tree care needs in the future.
We’ve been on the hunt for a tree service company after some sub-par results from others, and we’ve found a winner with Ferrals. Everything was excellent from answering the phone promptly, to providing a cost effective quote, to having the tree out the day after calling. Kyle and his crew were awesome. They were able to give us a quote and have the job done before the other guys could produce their (higher) bid. They were able to enter our gate without needing to remove any fence, felled the tree and ground the stump between the CATV and electrical wires without disturbing anything. Great experience.

Historically I've been really scared to go to the dentist but the staff put me at ease. I had four fillings put in yesterday with absolutely no pain.
My son has had great service.. He said to me he would rather go here than a actual doctor. They do not take state insurance... but if u have good credit you can get care credit card... everyone is so friendly and like family.
I was always nervous about getting a chiropractic adjustment but Dr. Sam and Dr. Brant at Hulsebus are great! They explained everything very well and made me feel so comfortable. And after my first few adjustments I already feel so much better!!
All of the staff are very nice. I came to Dr. Kelly with a couple back problems and was only comfortable in a recliner. It took about 5 visits for Dr. Kelly to get me back to normal. Now I feel great and can do anything I want and need to do. That was 2 years ago and I get an adjustment every 2 months now. It's such a pleasure not having to work through pain. Thanks Dr. Kelly and all of the staff.

Dr. Maculan helped me about 30 years ago and for a long time she kept me out of the surgeons office and gave me relief from a tremendous amount of pain. She was very helpful and I really appreciate it what she did for me. I would go see her again in a heartbeat, except for the fact that I now live in Arizona, and it would be long trip.

Tonight we brought our 10 year old cat Loki to be put down. The receptionist on the phone explained everything and was ready when we arrived. We were able to spend as much time with Loki after she crossed the rainbow bridge. The vet spoke to us and explained the whole process while allowing us to be there with her in her final moments.
New to Rockford, called the day we moved into town got appointment the next day she did a wonderful job.

Hey Everyone,I happen to come across this majestic massage place! I re-injured my lower back and then was referred to them which I was able to have an appointment the next day! Who doesn’t love that! There’s something about this place when you walk inside besides all the beautiful photographed pictures and that tranquillity you’re about to receive. The massages are so helpful for wherever your ailments may be within your body that afterwards, the next few days you feel better sooner than if you never had one! I highly recommend this place I’m sorry but 5 stars is not enough, try 10! When she is about to locate those pesky trigger points, she has used different assortment of essential oils to create a sweet sensuous smell. However, when you’re finished there’s always liquids that’s important for you to take on the go, like water of course, coffee, and tea of a few satisfying flavors. Not to mention her extra goodies she has for the in between visits of the products that will be helpful for you too! So there, I’m sharing with you one of my secret places to get my body repaired, restored and renovated!
I've been here a few times now, and I'm always impressed at how different each visit was - as each visit focused on helping me with a different body problem I was having. It wasn't just a "routine" checklist of motions that I often feel I get at other places.
