They were above and beyond kind & compassionate on the worst day of my life. I was beyond distraught & they got me in immediately met me at the door and did things at my pace. I wasn’t rushed or left waiting for any amount of time at all. Truly sticks out how nice & comforting they were while losing my best friend.
We took our dog to the Rockford, IL location. Michelle, the "receptionist" was rude, unprofessional and judgemental. She asked if our dog was intact. When I replied "yes", she was rude and snarky. It's a shame someone brings their pet in for help and they are treated this way. After all, if there were no breeders, this woman wouldn't have a job. Do better Michelle.Veterinarian & other staff were amazing! Otherwise nice place.
My dog was recently bitten by my other dog and we noticed on Sunday night that it was swelling. On Monday morning I called our vet and they could not get us in. I then tried two other vet clinics both of which did not have openings. Finally I decided to go the emergency route so I called Animal Emergency Clinic. The phone wait time was pretty long, about 20 minutes or so, but I did expect this as this is an emergency facility. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely pleasant. She was so nice and very thorough. She explained that they do not take appointments, rather, they take a call ahead like a restaurant.
