All went very well, they came and found that our sewer pipe not only had tree roots, but also collapsed.In sections.They gave us a date and had all work completed in about 4 hours.Everyone was respectful and caring. Very professional
Had a horrible emergency. Called RR and they had someone out within 20 minutes. They fixed the problem...offered a few different solutions. Very helpful, friendly and professional.
Laine and his apprentice were so nice and professional! They were very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything very thoroughly so I knew exactly what was going on. We had a drain issue in the basement and while it will take some time to ensure it’s been resolved, they have a 90 day warranty on their work. I will totally mention this place to anyone that asks for recommendations!
