Located on Rockford's southeast side, at the edge of 8 acres of gorgeous woods, Surya Chandra yoga studio is a place of calm lighting, picturesque views, and a warm inviting atmosphere.Each week the instructor teaches a new lesson, comprising various poses, breathing exercises, core work, relaxation, and some lore. Students learn and grow in their practice, according to their individual ability. While advanced techniques and options are often introduced, each class is suitable for students of any level.
