Dr Jeannie is very knowledgeable and handled our dog with great care . She surgically extracted a tooth , and another tooth was pulled. She diagnosed both teeth correctly and prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. She also has texted me to check in on her to see how she was doing. I am very grateful for her expertise and her staff for their wonderful care. I highly recommend her and the animal clinics she works for!

We had a stray cat show up on our back porch in the middle of the night last night with a bum leg. Our regular vet isn't open today and called CherryVale Animal Clinic to see if they would give him the once over and see if he was chipped. They really didn't have any openings but they got us in. The staff here is extremely kind and professional and I'm grateful for their compassion.

I was traveling through Rockford, IL when my dog accidentally ingested a medication that would have been fatal if CherryVale Animal Clinic didn’t welcome us with open arms. After calling multiple vets in the area and receiving less than helpful support, I couldn’t say enough positive things about the entire staff here. Oliver was in great care, they took him in right away, and were so extremely helpful. THANK you for taking such good care of my pup!
