“I had the most pleasant experience getting my furnace repaired by Sergio. Sergio and his team are very professional and they truly care about their customers. He explained everything that he was doing including the reasons why. He was very educational. He was able to order original parts for my furnace in less than a day and he came in the next day to repair my furnace. The previous owner of my home had the blower/motor replaced with off-market parts and it was missing even missing some screws. Sergio even provided extra screws on my new blower/motor to ensure safety. He even gave advice on putting carbon monoxide alarms around it as well as using a more efficient air filter. You can really tell that he cares about the safety of his customers unlike other companies out there. Thank you“

My experience began with Tomasz servicing my old HVAC and doing what he could to get me through the winter. He was super helpful and responsive. Eventually my HVAC failed and so I compared a few quotes and ultimately went with New Comfort and Tomasz for my new HVAC system as his attention to my needs, incredible patience, ability to explain all the details just blew me away. Other companies treated me like just another sale or deal to be made, NOT Tomasz. They treated me like FAMILY. “I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“

I love the new smart thermostat they installed the Ecobee awesome to use as the app is on my phone and I can it use anywhere. “The first time we used Ceper Heating Mark came out at 8:00 at night to fix a leak in our radiant heat that was leaking water into our dining room. No one else would even look at it, he had it fixed in an hour!The second time another leak, in the basement this time, we had no heat, again he came out and fixed it in record time. While he was here he also taught my husband how to light our hot water tank that we thought was broken. We will never use any other company for our heating needs. Mark is remarkable!“

“My husband and I woke up to a very cold house yesterday! Our furnace wasn’t working and we needed someone to come out ASAP. Pure Climate was my first call early in the morning. Jim answered immediately and told me he’d have someone out within a few hours. Getting set up as a new customer was very quick and easy. Chris arrived earlier than expected (which is great) and was patient while I drove home from work to meet him! Chris quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it same day. My husband and I are first time homeowners and Chris was very kind and took time to explain everything to me and go over some basics that every homeowner should know!
