“Had a wonderful experience with Stephens. As most things go, bad timing for my main sump pump to fail. It was a Friday morning and an entire weekend of rain was in the forecast. This was a disaster waiting to happen for my basement. I called Stephens in the morning. They were booked but said they'd call me back if anything opened up. I got a call a little later in the day and said someone can be there within an hour. I said I'll take it!The individual, Perry, who came was the definition of professional. “I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“

“Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. I figured I probably wouldn’t hear back but a few hours later, I received an update and they called the HW company and figured out the exact process of working with them.I’m blown away by how helpful BRC has been so far! We haven’t had the tech come out yet/completed the warranty process so I’ll provide a review update as that process moves along but as of right now, I’m very impressed.“
