Julio is so great! He has helped with my HVAC system a few times and doesn’t disappoint! He is responsive and came out quickly. He explains the steps he is taking to diagnose the issue and thoroughly explained to me how the system works in a way I could understand! I got a quote from another HVAC company to replace a dual capacitor. The labor charge was excessive, so I looked for other options. Julio responded quickly to my request for a quote. Very reasonable price, excellent communication, and on time arrival. He confirmed the issue, replaced the capacitor, and checked the air temperature at the supply. Perfect service. Not to mention he’s friendly and approachable. On top of this, he answered my maintenance questions and provided no pressure to use him for future calls. Highly recommended! We came from vacation and had a "nice" surprise - our heating system didn't want to start (at 19 degrees!!!! outside). After a couple of hours of panic, I screened the whole internet to find someone who can help. I found Air Care and booked an appointment without any hope that someone will come within an hour. And Julio did!!! He is absolutely amazing! He repaired everything, explained how it worked and didn't even try to sell us something that we didn't need. Extremely professional and honest.
