Daniel installed our furnace and air conditioner and he did such a great job!! When we had an issue the evening after he came back first thing the next morning to get everything squared away. We had a very positive experience with Riley and I highly recommend their technicians!
Outstanding service. Prior to installation, all of my questions were answered which enabled me to feel confident that I'd chosen an appropriate model.Installation, managed by Jason M., was seamless and efficient. Once installed, Jason explained important operating features. The area around the furnace was impeccably cleaned.
Riley Heating has always been very accommodating and very fair. They always explain the problem in terms I am familiar with . All the service people have been so nice and very thorough , and listen carefully while I explain the problem.
