“I had the most pleasant experience getting my furnace repaired by Sergio. Sergio and his team are very professional and they truly care about their customers. He explained everything that he was doing including the reasons why. He was very educational. He was able to order original parts for my furnace in less than a day and he came in the next day to repair my furnace. The previous owner of my home had the blower/motor replaced with off-market parts and it was missing even missing some screws. Sergio even provided extra screws on my new blower/motor to ensure safety. He even gave advice on putting carbon monoxide alarms around it as well as using a more efficient air filter. You can really tell that he cares about the safety of his customers unlike other companies out there. Thank you“

My experience began with Tomasz servicing my old HVAC and doing what he could to get me through the winter. He was super helpful and responsive. Eventually my HVAC failed and so I compared a few quotes and ultimately went with New Comfort and Tomasz for my new HVAC system as his attention to my needs, incredible patience, ability to explain all the details just blew me away. Other companies treated me like just another sale or deal to be made, NOT Tomasz. They treated me like FAMILY. “I contacted PhD Heating and Cooling based on reviews on Yelp. I needed a new company after using one of the mega-companies who spend most of their energy on advertising rather than service. Dmytro just finished our first service call and I am thrilled. He conducted service as expected, while also addressing some design flaws in the water supply and drainage that was leading to rust. He showed me that the humidifier filter had been neglected for a long time (the mega-company repeatedly said it was fine). He did all the work quickly and efficiently, while also explaining the reasons for each step. The charge was extremely reasonable. I feel like Yelp has led me to an excellent find! 5 stars plus!“

“Patrick did an incredible job replacing our furnace. It was a complex install because the old furnace was original to the condo construction and tucked into a closet in such a way that it could not simply be slid out (ducting on one side, wall on the other side, doorway jutting into the space in front of the furnace). The first contractor we talked to claimed we would need to destroy the drywall doorway, swap the furnaces, and repair the wall. The second claimed we would need to remove and rebuild the ductwork to the left. Patrick saved us from these destructive, expensive, and time consuming options by dismantling the old furnace to remove it. Seems obvious now, and I can't believe no one else suggested this. We are so pleased with this outcome. We got our AC replaced at the same time and this was thankfully very uneventful! Great job to both Patrick and colleague who came out yesterday. Highly recommend :)“
