“I had the most pleasant experience getting my furnace repaired by Sergio. Sergio and his team are very professional and they truly care about their customers. He explained everything that he was doing including the reasons why. He was very educational. He was able to order original parts for my furnace in less than a day and he came in the next day to repair my furnace. The previous owner of my home had the blower/motor replaced with off-market parts and it was missing even missing some screws. Sergio even provided extra screws on my new blower/motor to ensure safety. He even gave advice on putting carbon monoxide alarms around it as well as using a more efficient air filter. You can really tell that he cares about the safety of his customers unlike other companies out there. Thank you“

“I called on Monday with a screeching sound coming from my air conditioner. The scheduler in the office said that they were completely booked that day but could come out on Tuesday. Wayne called me on the phone on Monday and tried to give me some suggestions. Soon after a cancellation occurred and the scheduler called to let me know. Wayne and Gary showed up at 2:00 Monday afternoon and had the air conditioner fixed by 3:45 despite having to drive 1 hour to get the replacement fan motor.“

“Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. I figured I probably wouldn’t hear back but a few hours later, I received an update and they called the HW company and figured out the exact process of working with them.I’m blown away by how helpful BRC has been so far! We haven’t had the tech come out yet/completed the warranty process so I’ll provide a review update as that process moves along but as of right now, I’m very impressed.“

“Very impressed witth Al who came out from Climatek. It was a very cold day in November in Des Plaines Illinois and we woke up to the furnace not running, it was already down to 58 degrees and the thermostat showed that the furnace should be running even though it was not. I was able to get the furnace fan to run so I knew it was not an electrical problem. I looked at the furnace and could not figure out why it was not running. I called three other outfits who were unable to give me a definitive time range they would commit to coming. Finally contacted Climatek, communicating via text which I thought was convenient and I got a time frame in which the tech said he would be there. He also texted me when he knew he was on the way. Within minutes of his arrival Al deternined that the problem was the pressure switch and he was able to get the furnace running by resetting it and he showed me how to reset it if the problem occured again. He provided a quote for both a replacement pressure switch and a new furnace and AC being that our furnace was 17 years old. So, bottom line, he was able to get to the root of the problem very quickly, provide the cost of repair as well as replacement very shortly after leaving. Highly recommended!“
