Tone replaced an a/c unit in our home. So, far we have been happy with the installation. No problems. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us options on how to repair our old unit. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit but Tone did a great job. Tone sent us videos and pictures to keep us informed.

I had major issues with my aging central AC unit and was very lucky to find Done By Tone Heating & Cooling. Tone is very responsive, knowledgeable and was able to give me different options to help get AC back up and running in my house.Tone and his team came by the very next day in 90 degree heat to replace my central AC unit. They were incredibly efficient and super friendly. Their quick turnaround helped ensure my family didn't have to suffer through a sweltering Chicago heatwave and I'm super grateful for that! Done by Tone amplify professionalism meets efficient. I work at Vinny's Cafe in Berwyn, IL. The ac unit needed to be serviced and Tone stop by less than a hour it went from 91 degrees to 53 degrees with his service. Quality work at a great price.
