I called FriCold because of their great reviews. The process was easy and they were able to get a tech out 1st thing in the morning the next day. Hector was great at communicating why we were having issues with the humidifier and was able to get it fixed that same day. Quick turn around and great customer service. Will be using them again.

My mom’s furnace was not heating her home at the capacity it’s supposed to. Called Fricold and they were out in the 12 to 2 window that was given to me. Hector the technician was very knowledgeable and explained the problem so one can understand. I have used Fricold in the past and as a matter of fact, Hector was also the technician. I highly recommend Fricold.
