“The doctor my husband and I both seen at the Rockford location on 1/10/24 was extremely kind,and caring. She was very to the point, and we were able to tell her our needs and wants and she understood and helped us get the vision results we were looking for. In the end we both ended up with Either glasses prescriptions that were perfect or contact prescriptions as needed. Pricing was on par to local shops. They have a great selection of glasses, we worked we Sherri on ordering glasses and she took her time with us allowing us to look around take are time and get what we wanted. She explained our insurance benefits and made the process goes very smooth. The lady who helped check us in was very kind and sweet, she wished us a good day as we left and were all happy with the experience. -side note :my husband had issues with first set of trial Contacts doctor had him try and got him back in office right away when he called to inform of issue, he was able to be seen and she put him in contacts he had been in,in the past and he was very happy with the outcome.“

“I had Dr. Parrett do a complete eye exam les than 2 years ago. He gave me the most complete test I've ever had plus explained to me exactly and clearly my results. When my lenses came in I put the glasses on and had the best vision in 35 years. As a senior, I can't recommend him higher.“

Not only have I had excellent personal experience with Dr. Malik in regard to glaucoma treatment and cataract surgery, but my own family doctor was thrilled when she heard I was seeing him. According to my family physician, Dr. Malik is an excellent all-around eye doctor and she would refer people to him (and has) for any eye problem. He is also very sensitive to patients' feelings and is very comforting and affirming.“

“I went here early last year for the first time. I really liked the doctor and the staff. Both were very friendly and informative. I also requested my prescription a couple of months ago to replace my glasses that were accidentally thrown away. They emailed me within 5 minutes with zero issues. I see other people who have given this place bad reviews, but this was not my experience whatsoever. Excellent place, and I will continue to go and recommend it.“

“Laser surgery for large floater and Doctor visit prior. Doctors were very kind and professional. The day of the surgery I did have quite a wait, but the laser surgery went very quickly. I still see the floater however it has only been 1 week since the surgery. I believe they stated I may see it for a few weeks after the surgery. We will see how it goes once I have my follow up.“

“Best optometrist I've ever been to, and I've been wearing glasses since first grade. Dr. Marnul was honest and professional, not to mention funny and kind. He had me in and out in less than half an hour (I did not purchase glasses that day). He also helped me with a stye I had been struggling with for months. I had been terrified to let someone touch it, but he was so gentle that it didn't bother me one bit! Highly recommend!“
