I have been treated for glaucoma for many years. My doctor who I had a long and friendly relationship with retired a couple years ago and he refered me to Dr Rahman. I was a bit apphensive about seeing someone new and it took a few visits to get comfortable with Dr Rahman and realize how professional and caring he was. I’m very thankful for such a warm family environment when you walk in and not treated just as a patient but like family. If it wasn’t for the wonderful staff and especially Dr Rahman, I wouldn’t be as comfortable and willing to see him for my glaucoma meeds! So thank you Glaucoma Associates of Illinois for being such a wonderful establishment and I wish I can give 20 stars for being so accommodating and for all you’re hard work and the best staff and Dr in the world ?❤️
The doctor himself is great. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because every single time I've had to talk to the receptionist, she's had a horrible attitude. She had one even calling me for my appointment with the referral. She had one when I had to reschedule because I was in the hospital for my eye. Then when I asked if there was anything sooner because of what's going on with my eye, she huffed and said I should have kept my original appointment. I was literally hooked up to IV antibiotics and stuck in the hospital.. what would she have liked me to do?
