I'd rather be blind than go back to that place. It'll be an hour and a half to hear Miller say it's an eb and flow...don't listen to his 60%-80%....chance...he will talk about 40% and 20%after he charges your insurance it's a sales pitch to get money from insurance. It's not about you ,it's a callous approach unfortunately for you . Go somewhere else for your eyes sake!!

Laser surgery for large floater and Doctor visit prior. Doctors were very kind and professional. The day of the surgery I did have quite a wait, but the laser surgery went very quickly. I still see the floater however it has only been 1 week since the surgery. I believe they stated I may see it for a few weeks after the surgery. We will see how it goes once I have my follow up.

I have never waited to be seen as long as I did at this facility. My appointment was at 9:45 and I didn’t get called back until 10:50 after I had to ask about the hold up. Also once in the back I had to wait another hour and 15 minutes before I seen the ophthalmologist. This is the second time this has happened. I only come once a year but get this experience. I’m so over it
